Alicia Tyndall: Alicia is Dr. McCarthy’s office manager and is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all surgeries. Alicia can be reached at 203-705-0900 or mccarthyoffice@hss.edu.

Laurie Travaglini, PA-C: Laurie Travaglini is Dr. McCarthy’s physician assistant. She played lacrosse and received her Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Dickinson College in 2021. She then earned a Master’s degree and completed her physician assistant training at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT in 2025. Laurie assists Dr. McCarthy in the office and the operating room. She can assist with all peri-operative medical/surgical questions or concerns.
