Alicia Tyndall: Alicia is Dr. McCarthy’s office manager and is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all surgeries. Alicia can be reached at 203-705-0900 or mccarthyoffice@hss.edu.

Thomas Higginbotham, PA-C: Thomas Higginbotham is Dr. McCarthy’s physician assistant. He received his Bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston College in 2014. He then earned a Master’s degree and completed his physician assistant training at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY in 2016. Thomas assists Dr. McCarthy in the office and the operating room. He can assist with all peri-operative medical/surgical questions or concerns.
